Application Reference in receipt for claim investigation is not updated with child deduction

Summary:

  1. Non Invoice deduction created as claim investigation in receipt. The application reference for claim investigation is DED75001 for $84
  2. DED75001 is settled in CHRM as Credit Memo on Account for $42. A child deduction DED75001_1 is created for $42
  3. In Receipt the application reference is DED75001 now for $42

Question: In Step 3 the parent deduction DED75001 is already settled for 42 and the remaining claim investigation amount open is for DED75001_1.

WHY is the the application reference in step 3 now DED75001 ? ISNT it supposed to be DED75001_1 ?
