Why am I still receiving approval notifications for a requisition which has already been approved

Summary: Officer is still receiving approval notifications for a requisition which was approved and converted into a PO back in 2023. However Transaction Console is still showing this approval is with the approvers. As this is has now been converted into a PO, I'm unsure how best to clear this approval. The only options from the officer is to "Reject", or we can "withdraw" from TC, however don't know if this will affect anything on the req or PO. Can you confirm if this will cause any issues with the existing req and PO if it is withdrawn? Are you able
