Custom role can't search employees in Redwood Manage User Account

Hello Experts,

We have this custom HR role but it can't search employees in the manage user account page.

The 'ORA_PER_MANAGE_USER_AND_ROLES_DUTY' role is already assigned to this custom role, as well as the manage user account and manage role delegations privileges.

Is there any configuration that are missing?
