Job Requestions Approvals

Summary:

I’m working on an approval workflow for Job Requisitions in Oracle Recruiting, and I need help designing a conditional approval rule. Requirement: When a Job Requisition is created, it should first go to the requester’s line manager. After that, if the line manager has their own manager, the approval should go to that next-level manager. If the line manager does not have a manager, then the workflow should skip this step and end the approvals.
