OAuth 2.0 Refresh Token Not Working Between OIC and ERP
We currently have multiple integrations set up between Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle ERP Cloud, using OAuth 2.0 security. The OAuth client configuration is managed in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
We are consistently facing an issue where:
- The access token works as expected
- However, the refresh token does NOT trigger a new access token after the access token expires
- Once the access token expires, the connection fails
- The only way to recover is to manually perform “Provide and Consent” again in OIC for the affected connections
This is obviously not sustainable for our integrations.
We have:
- Logged multiple SRs with Oracle (one is still open)
