Cannot find performance documents competencies in talent profile page

Hello experts,

we created a custom talent profile section linked to competencies under Skills and Qualification page. This section when selecting Supervisor in View By doesn't display any competencies, while we expect to see those evaluated by managers in performance documents. What's missing? Please see attached screens.
