Redwood Request a New Position Error - Provide a valid value for DepartmentId

Summary:

Hello! In the redwood UI when attempting to create a new positions as a line manager or HR Specialist. I have confirmed that the departments being selected are valid. What else could be causing this issue? Is there a process that needs to be ran? We didn't start seeing this until 25D in our lower environments. We have not migrated to redwood in production yet.
