how to setup two optional approvers for one journal batch?

Someone knows how to setup a rule that has a conditional and allows when a user submit a journal batch for approve, the Approver1 or Approver2 can approve the journal. I explain this case because our client requested it and reading the documentation I understand that it is not possible, so you can confirm this?
