How to turn off case sensitivity when searching for a value using OTBI analysis filters?

Summary:

I want to be able to filter records using 'contains any' filter, where the value I enter is not case sensitive. For e.g., When I search with value 'Tier' it gives all the records that contains the word 'Tier' in the description column.

However, when I search with 'tier' it gives no results.

How can disable this case sensitivity/ matching of the cases?
