We had few questions related to Auto Open for Emails in Responsys.

  1. How do we define Auto-Open (apart from the def. provided in documentation) can you help elaborate more on this.
  2. What is the % vs True Positive % of people actually opening a email in iOS 15 and above Mail App client, and what is truly classified as "auto-open"

Can it be determined what is Tru Positive - real open and what is false positive - machine auto opens

Real Open - would be user actually opened and read email (on this iOS 15 and above mail clients) and is still under auto-open due to the mail client.
