Expose the Account field in DCS Portal while creating SR
Summary:
We have a requirement where a Contact who is associated with multiple Accounts, need to create Service Request from the Self Service portal. The ask is Contact should have the ability to select Account in the SR Creation page to link the SR to the required Account. We are trying to expose the Account field in the Create SR page, and display the Accounts in the field for which the Contact is associated.
Has anyone implemented this type of requirement or foresee any issues. Any guidance on this is appreciated.
