  • Change Asset Addresses and View Additional Subscription Details
    We need to understand whether updating the asset address through this feature applies the change only within the specific Service Request (SR) where it is performed, or if it also updates the address stored in the Customer Master Data (Customer Account / Customer Site details).
    Please confirm whether this feature is intended to modify transactional data only, or if it has any impact on master-level customer information.

    Similarly, we would like to confirm whether using this feature updates the customer’s contact information only for the current SR
