Need Option to Hide Due Date Field and Make Attachments Mandatory in Non-Catalog Request Page

Summary:
We have a requirement in to customize the Request Non-Catalog Page.(Navigation:
Me - Learning and Development - Learning Catalog - 3dots- Request Non Catalog learning) the client wants: Hide the Due Date field in the Non-Catalog Page. Make the Attachments section mandatory . When we checked in VBCS, we could not find any attribute or configuration that allows us to: Hide or control visibility of the Due Date field. Make the Attachments field mandatory.
