There is a image placed in Custom/Image folder. How to access this image in the BI report template?

Unable to access images from Custom folder in BI report template.

We have placed the test image in Custom/Image folder and tried to access this image in the template but we are not able to achieve this.

How to get this below image in BI report output using rtf/excel template.
