Hello,

When configuring a talent review meeting, we can enter a data submission deadline.

Now for the time, I understand from the Oracle guide that it will always be based on UTC timezone, not on each reviewers own timezone.

But for the date itself, for example if I put December 3rd as the date, do we have until December 3rd 11:59pm UTC, or is it until December 2nd 11:59pm UTC ?
