Deleted some Segment security Ruleconditions inSecurity Console anyprocessneed to berunafterdeletion

Summary:

We have Deleted some Segment security Rule conditions and policies in Security Console-->Administration-->Manage Database resources, but after when i try to create new rule condition from value set page it is showing as duplicate, even we deleted why system is showing like this, Please tell me that is there any other process need to be run after deletion of Database resource security name from Manage databsse resources page.
