How to add Last Update date to additional Compensation

Summary:

We would like to Add the Last Update Date and Last Updated By fields to the

section. We want to add the last Update date and the last updated by fields to the additional Compensation section of the Compensation Info Quick Action. I have looked through the Redwood and I do not see these fields. Can you please tell me if these fields are available in the Additional Compensation Section.
