Learning Withdrawal/Bypass - Note

When a Learning Admin Bypass&Completes/Withdraws an employee from a learning assignment, there is an option to add a comment/note when processing the withdraw/manual completion.

Are those notes visible anywhere in the UI after you enter them? Or can we report on them somehow?
