Benefit Verification Letter
Summary:
What solution is available within Oracle to provide employees with a Benefit Verification Letter? This would be for US only.
Currently: Employees contact our support center to obtain a benefit verification letter that is required by an external agency/new employer as proof of enrollment or disenrollment. The current process involves multiple manual steps: the Benefits Team retrieves enrollment and dependent information, populates a letter template, password protects the pdf and sends it to the employee. Who forwards it to the requested party.
Future State (Vision):
Implement a self-service option for benefits verification letters that enables employees to access information instantly, reducing delays and improving satisfaction. Eliminating manual HR involvement frees resources to focus on higher-value tasks, boosting efficiency. Automation reduces errors, ensures SLA compliance, strengthens data privacy, and mitigates compliance risks.
