not able to add attendees using mobile application

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

When we are trying to add attendees manually using mobile application we are not able to search employees with any options like first name, last name or email address.

When we searched in the google it says the feature is not working due to some known issue. Could you please confirm if it is true. Please find below screenshot for reference.
