Can we Collect and Plan In-Transit Shipments Without TO/PO in supply planning.

From recent updates, it appears Oracle has introduced the feature to consider and plan in-transit Shipments Without Reference to Transfer Orders or Purchase Orders. Is this true?

However, I wanted to confirm whether this functionality is available specifically for Supply Planning (Without enabling Replenishment Planning)?

If Yes What setup or planning options are required to make Supply Planning recognize in- transit supply? Any document or Screenshots would be helpful.
