Oracle Digital Assistant does not return correct benefit details

We have the ODA configured in our non-prod for testing. What I ask the question "What is my medical coverage?" it returns "

"The following plans don't have providers. For further information, please contact your benefits representative."

Then it lists the plan I am enrolled in (name only)
