Requisition cart not loading post 25D patch

Post 25d Patch application, the requisition cart does not load on the redwood UI. Once you create the requisition lines and add it to the cart, during submission the cart should show the added items, but the entire page stays blank and only the submission button is visible. The page never loads the requisition lines and stays blank, though you will be able to submit the requisition successfully. In the below screenshot, you can see 7 items, but the page never loads the details.

I have raised an SR 4-0001251836 but have not received any useful response yet. Wanted to check if anyone faced a similar issue and has done anything to resolve it.
