Multiple Transit Time exists for the Address

in Order Management

Summary:

Not able to submit order in Oracle-Fusion (Order Management) with the error message: multiple transit time exists for the Address.

I check in 'Manage Transit Time', the set up for ship-from location and ship-to location does not overlap.

Any idea how to resolve this?
