Unable to select legal entity while creating an expense item

Hi Team,

Users are unable to select the legal entity from the LOV. When they click on the search box, no options are available. The user has a valid expense account combination in the Manage Users page, and the combination is also active in the Manage Account Combinations. I logged in using the user’s credentials, and I encountered the same issue – the legal entity cannot be selected from the LOV.

I also tried removing the user’s privilege to override the account combination and then submitted the expense report, but there was still no success. Instead, an error message appeared.
