Employee are unable to Print their benefit elections from Employee Self Service

Summary:

We are facing an issue where employees are unable to view and print their benefit elections from the Employee Self Service page.


As per "Fusion Benefits: Print Option For Employee Direct Access Page Is Not Working ( Doc ID 2899071.1 ) we reviewed the configuration and confirmed that all required roles are already enabled for employees. 

It works as expected when employees access the BIP report from Transaction Console. However, from ESS it opens with blank page.


Navigation: Me->Benefits->Under Enrollments Summary ->View all Enrollments.
when clicking on View all enrollments and then Print All Benefits, it opens a new window which is blank.
