How to hide person Info quick action on fusion redwood Benefit Self service page based on roles

We need assistance in implementing role-based visibility for certain quick actions on the Fusion Redwood Benefits Self-Service page.
Requirement:
The following quick actions should be visible only to Benefit Administrators and hidden from Employees:
Change Beneficiaries
Beneficiary Organizations
Person Info
Currently, in Visual Builder Studio (Express Mode), we see options to hide these quick actions globally for all users by toggling properties such as Show Person Info. However, we require the ability to control visibility based on user roles.Please assist.
