The US OPTE Transition Plan November 2025 pdf, on page 16-19 mentioned this new information that was not in the July or Sept version regarding midyear transition for Washington FMLI overrides.

According to Oracle document: "When implementing USOPTE midyear, you must configure Washington FMLI employee tax to be calculated using only the FLI
component through year-end.
To ensure correct tax and wage-base accumulation, override the predefined FLI/MLI value definitions at the LDG level as shown
in the table (example provided) below. No employer-portion changes are required, and
