Seeded Alert "Salary Changed in HR" is being triggered even if the salary is the same

We have few employees with alert "Salary Changed in HR" but when checking the salary in the worksheet is the same with what is in Core.

For the plan, the start date is 10/1/2025 and the HR extraction date is 10/20/2025. We have an employee with the same salary way back in 2/1/2025 but he got a job change on 10/15/2025 with the same salary (0.00% increase in Comp history). Now, there is an alert on the worksheet saying that the salary is changed but in reality , there is no change in the salary. Why was the alert triggered when the salary is the same since 2/1/2025? was it because there is a trigger on the compensation history that it changed last 10/15/2025?
