ORC Redwood - Expression to auto default Recruiter based on Business unit

Summary:

Whenever a particular business unit Recruiter logs in, Recruiter field should pull that recruiter name who is hard coded but for other business unit, they should manually search and select Recruiter field value.

In Responsive UI, we achieved this by using the logic as in below screenshot by using Auto Complete rule and it worked fine.

But in Redwood, its not working and i raised an SR, they told me that "Auto-complete rule is not fully supported on redwood hence it's recommended that you reconfigure this rule in VBCS".

So can anyone let me know what could be the expression or rule which i can use for this usecase.
