Unable to View All Work Order Requests Despite Role Assignments

Hello Community,

A user has been assigned both the Internal Help Desk Manager and Internal Help Desk User/Agent job roles. However, the user is unable to see the complete list of work order requests.

To address this, some of the privileges from the Internal Help Desk Administrator role were added to the Internal Help Desk Manager role. Despite this, the user still cannot view all work order details.

Could anyone advise on the specific privileges required to allow a user to view all work order requests?

For reference, the following privileges of the Internal Help Desk Administrator have already been granted:
