How to Add PDF/Excel Files and Video Attachments to Work Orders in Oracle Fusion Field Service (FFS)

Summary:

Hello Team,

We need to attach Files(PDFs, Excel) and Video Attachments to the work Order in FFS.

In FFS, Attachment Property type provides two options:

1. Object Storage – appears to support only multi-image attachments
2. Fusion Attachments – requires Fusion Service and Service Logistics integration

We are using only Fusion Field Service in our implementation.

Has anyone implemented file or video attachments in this setup?
Is there a way to enable or configure FFS to support non-image file attachments directly to Work Orders?
