Use Position ID of user in Form Rule conditions

Summary:

I would like to create a condition based on the Position ID of the current user. Is there a way to get that value? See Content section for example of what appears to be available for User values.

The ultimate goal is to then compare that Position ID to the Parent Position ID of the position being viewed and only show the Salary fields if they match (i.e. a person can only see salary information for the positions they manage)
