SOAP API to update Scheduled dates on Sales Order without creating Revision

Hi Oracle folks,

I just wanted to know IF we can use SOAP API (Web Services) to update the Scheduled dates on a Sales Order.

I have seen and even used SOAP API for updating line EFF's without creating a revision. So looking for a sample payload & WSDL to similarly update dates on fulfill lines without any revision. REST API's are available to make these changes, but the drawback is that it creates a revision, which we don't want in our case.

So please share any reference docs & examples if available. Thank you!
