how to reset MFA without credit card details by using otp

My authenticator app was uninstalled, and I am currently locked out of my account because I cannot generate the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code.

I understand that support requires the last four digits and the expiration date of the credit card used to open the account to reset the MFA.

Unfortunately, I either do not remember this credit card information or no longer possess the card itself.
