Does anyone know if we can change language name from American English to English

Dear all,

Currently the system and the external career will show the language as American English, however, our user would like to show as general "English"

I am trying to user User Interface Text to override it, but it cannot be found.

Does anyone know how to override it?

We saw there are some Oracle Recruiting External Career site can show "English" instead of "American English", so I would like to check how to override it.
