In Redwood SSP, all entity charge accounts are appearing regardless of the selected BU

Summary:

In the Redwood Procurement Requisition Preferences setup, the system is triggering charge accounts for all entities instead of restricting them based on the selected Business Unit. This behavior is inconsistent with Classic SSP, where only BU-specific charge accounts are visible once a BU is chosen. Due to this, users are able to view and select charge accounts belonging to other entities, which may lead to incorrect accounting entries and operational issues. We need the charge account list to filter correctly based on the BU selected, similar to Classic SSP functionality.
