Redwood Physical Count Error You must enter a lot expiration date because the lot is shelf life

Summary:

We are using the Physical Count functionality in Oracle Fusion (Redwood). While entering a manual record count, we provide the item and the lot number, but we receive the following error:

“You must enter a lot expiration date because the lot is shelf life controlled.”

However, there is no field available on the manual record count page to enter the lot expiration date.
We also tried defining the lot first (with expiration), but when we enter it again during manual record count, we still get the same error.

Can you please advise how to resolve this issue
