how to populate DFF value dynamically

in Receivables & Collections

We are working on Oracle Cloud and we have a requirement to populate DFF value on AR lines depend on the another DFF dynamically based on condition. for example if attritube1 has agreement number then attribute2 should be "Yes" or else "No", we will get agreement number from subscriptions source using service mapping.
