Create Candidate button is not visible in prospects page of job requisition

Summary:

we have scenario where create candidate label is not visible in prospects page when the session language(Set preferences > Languages) of the login user is other than English. However, we are able to see the label when the preferred language is english.

Seeking help from folks if anyone faced similar issue.
