Summary:

We received a notice from Oracle that there was a system issue between 2025-12-08 06:15 UTC and 2025-12-08 11:42 UTC. This was described as:

"The link redirection issue is now resolved. Kindly report over SR if you are facing any link redirection issues over any Responsys channels list Email, SMS, Push and Webpush."

Would this outage have affected customers' ability to unsubscribe from emails during this time?
