BI Publisher error on offer letter

Summary:

Recruiters intermittently encounter a BI Publisher error when generating offer letters.
To mitigate the disruption, admins upload the offer template multiple times until error is resolved. While this workaround enables continuity, it is inefficient and creates unnecessary operational overhead. We are still on responsive UI and have not moved into redwood for offer creation. Is this something other users are also experiencing ? Attaching the error for refernce purpose.
