In Opportunity Marketplace, can an internal candidate be restricted from applying for a job

Client requires Job Postings to be made available on Opportunity Marketplace, However, certain jobs should not be made available for internal candidates to apply for these jobs. If a candidate manually applies for a job requisition, the candidate needs to be auto-rejected. Is this possible to configure?
