Looking for HCM/ORC Solution for Dynamic Contract Authoring Using Clause Library (Similar to Enterprise Contracts)

Our organization needs to generate employment contracts that differ based on job, location, contract type, and policy requirements. In the current Fusion HCM/ORC setup, this leads to maintaining 50+ static offer or contract templates through the content library or BI Publisher. This approach is difficult to maintain, introduces compliance risk, and does not allow HR teams to dynamically assemble contracts based on candidate or pending worker attributes. Additionally, HCM does not currently provide a centralized clause repository, making it challenging to manage standardized contractual language across the enterprise.
