How to Trigger Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Formula on Job Application Page Load

Hi Everyone,

We have created a formula of type Recruiting Candidate Selection Process and need it to fire when the Job Application page loads.
Our goal is to control the visibility of the “Move Forward” button so that it is enabled only for specific users. This is required because we want to manage who can override the Eligible for Rehire check for candidates reapplying for a job within the organization.

In short:
Certain users should see the Move Forward button enabled.
Others should not, based on rehire eligibility logic.
The formula is ready, but we are unsure how to make it execute during page load.
