25D - End Date Offer Assignments for Abandoned Offers 4-0001466591

Summary:

Hello Oracle Team,

We have enabled the profile value ORA_IRC_TERM_ABANDONED_OFFERS_ENABLED and executed the ESS job "Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Offer Actions" on DEV7.

According to the release notes, this feature should end date all abandoned offers with a projected start date less than 90 days from the current date. However, upon reviewing the backend data, we observed that the job end dated a large number of records, primarily those in the "HR," "Processed," "Rejected by Employer," or "Withdrawn by Candidate" states, and not in other states.

We used the query below to identify the affected data, and it consistently shows records only in the aforementioned states, with nothing related to other phases or states.
