Unable to Allocate Charges in Trade Operation for Transfer Order after 25D Patch – Option Greyed Out

Hello Oracle Community,

I am working with the new Trade Operations feature for Transfer Orders introduced in the 25D patch. Previously, the option to allocate charges was not available for Transfer Orders, but with this new release, the functionality has been introduced. However, in my environment, the option to allocate charges is greyed out and inaccessible.

Has anyone encountered this issue since the 25D update? Is there any additional setup, configuration, security privilege, or step required to enable the charge allocation option for Transfer Orders in Trade Operation? Or is this a known bug/limitation with the 25D patch?

Any guidance, documentation, or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
