Digital Assistant "Create Help Desk Request" Skill generating blank webpage
Summary:
A blank webpage is opened when creating a help desk request from the ODA chatbot in Fusion.
The expected flow is that the user will ask the DA to create a help desk request > DA asks for more information, what team to assign to etc > DA then asks user to confirm email address > once confirmed, the DA provides a summary and then a hyperlink to Create Request > user clicks on link and Outlook opens up a new email page with all the info pre populated in order to send email to relevant help desk team. This is as expected.
