Error in Redwood page: "Error Response during Rest Action" error in Work Relationship page (MSS)

Summary:

We are encountering the error "Error Response during Rest Action" error when accessing the Work Relationship page using a Manager (MSS) login.

Navigation:
When navigating to the Work Relationship page via the following paths, the page displays the above error:

  • My Team > Work Relationship
  • My Team > Employment Info > Actions > Work Relationship

Our requirement is to provide View-only access to MSS users for Work Relationship page, without enabling any transaction capabilities. However, the page is currently results in an error upon opening.

Could you please advise on the required roles/privileges or configurations changes needed to resolve this issue.
