Extracting parameters for an ESS job prior job execution

Summary:

Obtain parameter value prior to job execution: Currently, we manually execute the certain ESS jobs with rule in Oracle Fusion to obtain the necessary parameter values required for API configuration. However, this process may not be suitable for new rules in the production environment, as parameter values differ across environments and development parameter values cannot be reused. Given that these values are determined by respective rules, it is crucial to retrieve the specific parameter values for each rule before executing the job. Please help us with the process that retrieves parameter values based on rule names.
